Darleen is an ICF‑certified executive coach and experienced executive working as a Chief Human Resources Officer for more than 28 years of expertise advising CEOs, physician executives, and senior leadership teams.
With advanced degrees in clinical & industrial psychology and a career spent understanding how people and organizations truly work, she helps executives and leaders uncover the strengths, insights, and possibilities that are often hidden below what's visible on the surface.
Inspired by Glacier Bay National Park, Darleen believes that most important leadership insights often lie beneath the surface.
